About Rev. Ryan
When not doing weddings, Rev. Ryan is a high school chemistry teacher. Rev. Ryan enjoys working out, running (such as 5K’s and marathons), water skiing and playing golf. He has a doctorate (EdD) in Educational Leadership from NIU. They are very active in their church, too.
They have 3 sons and a dog, Nico.
He’s been married to his college sweetheart, Treva, for 24 years (Rev. Phil was their pastor when they were in high school!)
They all are involved in the local cub scout pack at their boys’ elementary school

Rev. Ryan was amazing. We were referred to him by our venue who has them listed as their TOP vendors. The 1st time we met Rev Ryan we knew he was our guy. He made the process so easy and we didn’t have a wedding planner and he stepped in and planned our ceremony and really made us feel that it was going to go smooth. He delivered our “secret love” so well and it was just perfect. I loved the Unity Sand we did, which we didn’t know about until him, and it is going to be treasured forever.
