Booking Reverend Phil as our officiant was a great decision. While we knew we weren’t going to have a religious ceremony, I wanted to have a ceremony that was meaningful and personalized to us, and Rev. Phil helped us to craft exactly what we wanted. We had universally very positive reviews from our guests, and we were extremely happy with his ability to put together our “love story” that had everyone laughing and crying.
Don’t get sticker shock when you see his pricing, you’re really getting way more than just someone who is going to show up and marry you. By the time our ceremony rolled around, I was referring to him as our ceremony coordinator, because that is what he was. He worked with all of our other vendors, especially the venue, our DJ, and our String Trio, to make sure they were all aware of what he needed from them in order for the ceremony to run smoothly. His attention to detail is unrivaled, and with his experience he was able to work with us to tweak our ceremony until it was exactly what we wanted. At our rehearsal, he also worked with everyone in our wedding party, showing them what they need to do so that the photographers could get the best pictures, which I can appreciate now that I have my pictures and can recognize that the quality of the pictures was definitely improved by his advice. If you have wiggle room in your budget, you won’t regret booking Rev. Phil because honestly you’ll be happier with a better, meaningful, less stressful ceremony than with something else more superficial.

Rev. Phil was an essential piece to our wedding that we wouldn’t have even known we were missing. From organizing the ceremony, providing a complete script, and giving fantastic attention to detail for the perfect photos, our wedding would not have been complete without him. His years of experience doing weddings almost every single weekend makes it almost relaxing to talk to him. We put our trust in someone we did not know to make our day special, and we were not disappointed. If we had to go back and do it all over again, that is one decision we would not change.

Rev. Phil was so professional and easy to get along with. From the moment I met him, I felt comforted and relaxed.
